Georgian Holiday: A peachy rum punch
Recipe type: Alcohol
  • 1 can frozen lemonade
  • 1 ½ cans rum
  • 3 peaches, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • Topo Chico or club soda to taste
  • ice
  1. Empty can of frozen lemonade into a 2-quart pitcher
  2. Use the empty lemonade can to measure out 1 ½ cans of rum to the pitcher
  3. Add 8 basil leaves and 6 mint leaves, reserve the rest for garnish
  4. Shake or stir ingredients and chill in the refrigerator until needed
  5. Fill a highball glass with ice, strain the lemonade mix into the bottom half of the glass, and top off with Topo Chico. Stir and garnish with basil and mint leaves.
