- 1 head cauliflower
- ½ cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
Take the cauliflower and cut into florets.
In a large bowl, melt the butter. Then add the hot sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt to the bowl. Stir until combined.
Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until cauliflower is coated in the sauce.
Add the cauliflower in a single layer (you may need to do two batches) to your air fryer basket. Cook at 390 degrees F for 9-12 minutes.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, or in a bowl, wrap, tacos, or a salad.
- All air fryers cook differently, and cooking times may need to be slightly adapted based on your air fryer and also how large you cut your cauliflower florets.
- If you want your buffalo cauliflower a bit saucier, then make extra buffalo sauce and reserve for later. Heat up, then add your cooked cauliflower to the sauce for a final coating. Note- this will make your cauliflower spicer!
- Do not crowd the air fryer basket. You will most likely need to cook these in two batches if using a full head of cauliflower.
