Ingredients

  • 2 cups croissant chunks
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon chopped rosemary fresh
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Take croissants and slice into 1 inch chunks until you get 2 cups worth of croissant pieces, then add to a large bowl. Add olive oil, chopped rosemary, a sprinkling of salt and black pepper. Gently toss toss to combine.
  • Spread out the croissant pieces onto a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes, then gently toss, and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and enjoy!

Notes

  • If handled too roughly after slicing, the croissants will come apart. Be gentle when mixing and putting onto your baking sheet.
  • If using dried rosemary leaves instead of fresh, use ¼ teaspoon.
  • If you would prefer a flavor other than rosemary, swap out with some oregano or thyme for a different flavor.
