Equipment

Ingredients

  • 14 oz kielbasa sausage
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  • Slice the kielbasa sausage into ½ inch pieces.
  • Add the sausage pieces to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 380 degrees F for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  • To a skillet, add the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Simmer over low heat, stirring frequently, until sauce is well combined and hot.
  • Add the kielbasa slices to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce.
  • Plate and enjoy!

Notes

  • Unless your air fryer specifically calls for it, you do not need to preheat your air fryer for to make the kielbasa.
  • There is no need to spray your air fryer before adding the kielbasa. The fat in the kielbasa keeps it from sticking to the air fryer basket.
  • For a bit of spice, you can always add a dash or two of Frank's Red Hot to the sauce.
