Crazy Feta Dip - CAVA Copycat
This spicy feta dip is a delicious creamy whipped treat that is perfect as a dip or in grains bowls or salads. It's a copycat version of CAVA's tasty Crazy Feta.

- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 2 Tablespoons jalapeno diced
- 3 Tablespoons red onion diced
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Take the jalapeno and red onion and dice into small pieces.
Into the food processor, crumble feta cheese. Add the jalapeno and red pepper. Pulse several times until combined.
Add the olive oil and blend until mixture forms a creamy dip. (Scrape down the sides as needed).
Serve as desired.
- The dip is not very spicy, as the creamy feta helps balance out any heat. For a spicier version, add more diced jalapeno to taste.
- This recipe creates a creamy feta dip. If you would prefer it a little looser, add a an extra teaspoon or two of olive oil when blending.
- This recipe is easy to double for a crowd!
- You can either use precrumbled feta or a block of feta, just make sure it is 8 ounces of feta cheese.
