Ingredients

  • 8 ounces brussels sprouts
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • teaspoon salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  • If needed, shred the brussels sprouts.
  • Add the shredded brussels sprouts to a large bowl along with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  • Add the brussels sprouts to air fryer basket. Air fry at 380 degrees F for 6-10 minutes, shaking every few minutes, until crispy and roasted.
  • Plate and top as desired.

Notes

  • All air fryers cook differently. Check frequently for doneness.
  • While you can add a lot of brussels sprouts to your air fryer basket, do not overly crowd the basket and make sure to shake a couple of times while cooking.
