Harissa Vinaigrette

Harissa vinaigrette is the perfect addition to salads or salad bowls. The harissa dressing uses honey for a slightly sweet dressing that spices up everything from salads to vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 Tablespoon harissa
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ lemon

Instructions

  • To a small bowl or jar, add the olive oil, harissa, honey, and juice from half a lemon.
  • Whisk until combined and emulsified (if using a jar, secure the lid and shake for 5-7 seconds).
  • Use as desired and store any leftovers in the refrigerator.

Notes

Leftover harissa dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. If dressing has solidified from the cold, bring to room temperature and mix together before using.
