Ingredients

  • 1 package Grands biscuits, flaky
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer at 360 degrees F for 5 minutes. (Note - do NOT have parchment paper in your air fryer while preheating).
  • Take the biscuits and punch a hole in the center of each one using a donut punch. Add donuts to the air fryer basket (you may need to do in batches). Air fry each batch for 5 minutes at 360 degrees F. Once cooked, remove from air fryer and place on a cooling rack.
  • While donuts cook, prepare the glaze. To a bowl, add the powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until combined. Add the pumpkin puree and stir until smooth. Add a tiny bit more milk if needed.
  • Dip each cooked donut into the glaze and top with sprinkles, if desired.

Notes

  • If using parchment paper, do NOT add to the air fryer while preheating. You need something (like the biscuits) in the air fryer to weigh the parchment paper down and keep it from flying into the heating element.
  • If not using parchment paper, you may want to brush the air fryer basket with a bit of oil before adding the biscuits.
  • I cook the donuts first, and then cook the donut holes after the donuts are all cooked. The donut holes usually need less time, so watch carefully while cooking.
  • If glaze is too thick, add a tiny bit more milk and stir. If glaze is too thin, add more powdered sugar and stir to combine.
  • If you find that your glaze is too thin as you're dipping the donuts, you may want to do two layers of glaze.
