- 6 oz salmon
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon olive oil plus more for brushing on basket
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- salt
- pepper
In a small bowl, add the dijon mustard, maple syrup, and olive oil. Stir to combine.
Pat the salmon dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and the smoked paprika.Top the salmon with the maple dijon glaze.
Brush or spray the air fryer basket with oil to prevent salmon from sticking.
Add salmon to the air fryer basket (skin side down). Air fry at 400 degrees F for 8-12 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer and enjoy.
- All air fryers cook differently. Cooking times may vary based on your specific air fryer and then thickness of your salmon.
- I typically leave the skin on when cooking, and remove afterwards, as I find that easiest.
- This recipe serves one, but it easy to double or quadruple if serving more people.
