Ingredients

  • 6 oz salmon
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil plus more for brushing on basket
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, add the dijon mustard, maple syrup, and olive oil. Stir to combine.
  • Pat the salmon dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and the smoked paprika.Top the salmon with the maple dijon glaze.
  • Brush or spray the air fryer basket with oil to prevent salmon from sticking.
  • Add salmon to the air fryer basket (skin side down). Air fry at 400 degrees F for 8-12 minutes.
  • Remove from the air fryer and enjoy.

Notes

  • All air fryers cook differently. Cooking times may vary based on your specific air fryer and then thickness of your salmon.
  • I typically leave the skin on when cooking, and remove afterwards, as I find that easiest.
  • This recipe serves one, but it easy to double or quadruple if serving more people.
