- 6 oz salmon fillet
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon oregano or Italian seasoning
- ¼ lemon
- salt
- pepper
Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels and remove any bones. Place on a plate. Drizzle the fillet with olive oil and rub into the surface.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Then sprinkle the garlic powder over the top, then the oregano.
Either brush or spray the air fryer basket with oil, or use air fryer parchment paper. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes. (Cook time may vary based on the thickness of salmon).
Plate, then squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon.
- Cook times may depend on the thickness of your piece of salmon.
- Using air fryer parchment paper can help keep your salmon from sticking to the air fryer basket. You can also spray the basket or brush with oil.
- If your salmon has skin, you can either remove it before cooking, or leave it on when cooking, and remove after cooking (I usually do option 2, as I find it's easier!)
