Air Fryer Radishes

Air fryer radishes are easy to make and a delicious, healthy side dish. These roasted radishes are made completely in the air fryer and come out gorgeous and perfectly seasoned.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces radishes
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the radishes. Trim the tops and bottoms of the radishes as needed, then slice in half. Add to a large bowl.
  • Add olive oil, dried thyme, and a sprinkling of salt and pepper to the radishes. Stir to combine.
  • Add radishes to the air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, tossing halfway through cooking.
  • Plate and enjoy.

Notes

  • Radishes are done when the inside is soft when pierced with a fork. However, you can leave them in as long as you like to reach the perfect level of roasted for you.
  • All air fryers cook differently. Adjust cooking times as needed.
  • This recipe is easy to double.
