Air Fryer Radishes
Air fryer radishes are easy to make and a delicious, healthy side dish. These roasted radishes are made completely in the air fryer and come out gorgeous and perfectly seasoned.

- 8 ounces radishes
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Wash and dry the radishes. Trim the tops and bottoms of the radishes as needed, then slice in half. Add to a large bowl.
Add olive oil, dried thyme, and a sprinkling of salt and pepper to the radishes. Stir to combine.
Add radishes to the air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, tossing halfway through cooking.
Plate and enjoy.
- Radishes are done when the inside is soft when pierced with a fork. However, you can leave them in as long as you like to reach the perfect level of roasted for you.
- All air fryers cook differently. Adjust cooking times as needed.
