Instructions
Slice the grapefruit, orange, and blood orange into thin wheels. Cut the peel off of each wheel.
Arrange the fruit slices onto two plates. Drizzle each citrus salad with olive oil and honey. Sprinkle a little sea salt over the top, if desired.
Notes
You can also garnish with some fresh thyme leaves or fresh mint leaves to incorporate some more savory notes and flavors.
