Ingredients

  • 3 sage leaves (plus an extra for garnish)
  • ¾ oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • sparkling water unsweetened and unflavored
  • ice

Instructions

  • Into a cocktail shaker, add 3 sage leaves, the lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Add ice to your cocktail shaker, then shake for 20-30 seconds.
  • Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Top with sparkling water.
  • If desired, add a sage leaf to the top for garnish.
