Air Fryer Gyoza

Air fryer gyoza is so easy to cook from frozen! These potstickers get crispy on the outside while the inside remains flavorful and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 8 gyoza frozen
  • 2 teaspoon cooking oil

Instructions

  • With a silicone brush, brush oil onto the air fryer basket.
  • Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F.
  • Brush or spray your potstickers all over with oil.
  • Add the potstickers, flat side down, and cook for 4 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  • Flip the potstickers and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  • Remove, let rest for 2 minutes, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Although the recipe calls for 8 gyoza, you can easily add more to your air fryer basket as long as they are in a single layer.
