Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add the bananas, almond milk, and cinnamon to your blender.
  • Blend until smooth and all lumps are blended.
  • Pour into a tall glass.

Notes

Blending tips:
  • If you have a blender that isn't really high-power, it may take more liquid to blend your smoothie. You can also try stopping your blender, pushing down on the banana with a wooden spoon to get it incorporated, and then blending again. Alternately, you could use a fresh banana instead of frozen and throw in a few ice cubes instead for coldness. Fresh bananas blend much easier.
  • If you have a high-power blender like a Blendtec, Vitamix, or Ninja, then you still may have issues! If so, first try to press down on the frozen banana and then restart. If you still have issues, add a splash more liquid, and then try to blend again.
