These air fryer cinnamon sweet potatoes are lightly sweetened with maple syrup. This is a healthy side dish that is perfect for fall and winter, but delicious any time of year.

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Take the olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt and mix together in a large bowl.
  • Preheat your air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
  • Peel your sweet potatoes and dice into ½ inch cubes.
  • Add the sweet potatoes to the bowl and toss in the maple cinnamon mixture to combine.
  • Add the sweet potatoes to the air fryer basket, making sure they are spread out in an even layer as much as possible.
  • Cook for 13-15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes. Potatoes should be cooked through and tender when pierced with a fork.
