- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- salt and pepper to taste
Take the olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt and mix together in a large bowl.
Preheat your air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
Peel your sweet potatoes and dice into ½ inch cubes.
Add the sweet potatoes to the bowl and toss in the maple cinnamon mixture to combine.
Add the sweet potatoes to the air fryer basket, making sure they are spread out in an even layer as much as possible.
