Air Fryer Garlic Herb Zucchini
Air Fryer Garlic Herb Zucchini is flavorful, light, and makes the perfect side dish! This air fryer zucchini cooks quickly in the air fryer and is so easy to make. The zucchini gets roasted to perfection in the air fryer.
- 1 zucchini
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Wash and dry the zucchini. Slice into chunks, about ½ inch thick, discarding the end pieces.
In a large bowl, add the olive oil, thyme, parsley, garlic powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
Add the chopped zucchini to the bowl. Toss to combine.
Add the zucchini in a single layer to your air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- All air fryers cook differently, please check the zucchini several times to achieve your perfect level of doneness.
- The dried thyme and dried parsley can easily be substituted out with other dried herbs like oregano, marjoram, or rosemary.
- The air fryer does not need to be preheated for the zucchini to get roasted.
