Air Fryer Gnocchi
Air fryer gnocchi get crispy on the outside and stay pillowy soft on the inside.
- 16 oz gnocchi shelf-stable
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Add the gnocchi to a large bowl. Add the olive oil and oregano to the bowl and toss to combine.
Add the gnocchi to the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 11-13 minutes, until outside of gnocchi is crispy and inside remains pillowy soft.
Remove from the air fryer and serve as desired.
- All air fryers cook differently. Check frequently for doneness. However, do not overcook, as the gnocchi will become tough. You want them to be light and pillowy inside while crispy on the outside.
- You will need to shake the basket several times during cooking so that the gnocchi gets cooked properly.
- If using frozen gnocchi, you may want to thaw it in the microwave before air frying for the best results.
