Tomato and Hummus Toast

This toast is topped with hummus, tomatoes, and fresh basil for an easy lunch or snack. It's family-friendly and so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole grain bread
  • ¼ cup hummus
  • 2 campari tomatoes
  • 4-5 leaves basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the tomatoes into medium-thick slices
  • Toast the slice of bread
  • Take the bread and spread the hummus on top. Lay the slices of tomato on top of the hummus, and then top with the basil leaves. Add a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Slice and enjoy!
