Pineapple Upside Down Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup almond milk vanilla
  • greek yogurt optional
  • maraschino cherry optional

Instructions

  • Add the pineapple, banana, and almond milk to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Divide between 2 small glasses, then top each with a dollop of Greek yogurt and a cherry.

Notes

If your smoothie isn't blending well enough, add more almond milk and stir with a spoon.
You can use almond milk, oat milk, or other milk for this smoothie. If using a non-vanilla flavored milk, add ½ teaspoon vanilla extract if desired.
The Greek yogurt and cherry are optional, but are nice for presentation!
