- 2 cups green tea iced
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ice
- lemon slices optional
Measure out 2 cups iced green tea into a container that will fit into your refrigerator. (I just use my measuring cup).
Add your chia seeds and stir for 30 seconds until combined and most of the chia seeds have sunk to the bottom of your container.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the chia seeds to bloom.
To a glass, add ice. Pour the chia seed green tea over the ice. Add lemon slices and stir to combine.
