- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 banana
Recipe notes:
- You can easily swap out the berries with a different type of fruit.
- If desired, you can increase the amount of kefir and decrease the amount of milk. You could do ½ cup of kefir to ⅓ cup milk, or even do all kefir. I like the balance of the kefir and almond milk.
- Instead of almond milk, you could use soy, oat, or another plant-based milk.
