This kefir berry smoothie is healthy and delicious! It's so easy to make and is full of gut-friendly ingredients. Kefir is a tasty addition to any smoothie recipe.

  • cup kefir
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 banana

Instructions

  • Add the kefir, milk, berries, and banana to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.

Notes

Recipe notes:
  • You can easily swap out the berries with a different type of fruit.
  • If desired, you can increase the amount of kefir and decrease the amount of milk. You could do ½ cup of kefir to ⅓ cup milk, or even do all kefir. I like the balance of the kefir and almond milk.
  • Instead of almond milk, you could use soy, oat, or another plant-based milk.
