  • 6 oz salmon
  • 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt a pinch
  • lemon wedges optional, for serving

  • Take your salmon filets and pat dry with a paper towel. Remove any bones. If desired, remove the skin. For two 3 oz filets, cut a 6 oz filet in half. You can also leave whole and just have 1 6oz serving.
  • In a small bowl, add the honey, dijon mustard, garlic powder, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine.
  • Spoon the honey dijon glaze over the top of the salmon. Reserve a little glaze if you want to spoon a little on top after cooking (optional).
  • Place the salmon filets in the air fryer, skin side down (if skin was left on).
  • Cook at 400 degrees F for 6-8 minutes.
  • Remove and top with remaining glaze (optional) and lemon wedges (optional).

  • All air fryers cook differently, and salmon comes in different thickness, so check your salmon with a meat thermometer. Salmon should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F for complete safety and well-done or 135 degrees F for more of a medium-rare.
  • Save a little of the honey dijon sauce for drizzling on the salmon afterwards for a boost of extra flavor.
