- 4 chicken thighs boneless skinless
- ¼ cup harissa
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon honey optional
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
To a large bowl, add the harissa paste, juice from 1 lemon, honey, garlic powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
Add chicken thighs to the bowl and stir until chicken thighs are completely coated in the marinade. Cover and set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes-2 hours to marinate.
Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes. Add chicken thighs to the air fryer and cook for 14-16 minutes at 400 degrees F, flipping halfway through.
Serve as desired.
- This recipe is for boneless skinless chicken thighs. If cooking chicken breast or bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, cook time will likely need to be increased.
