Add frozen salmon to the air fryer and cook at 360 degrees F for 5 minutes.
While salmon cooks, add olive oil, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, and salt to a bowl. Stir to combine.
Open the air fryer and spoon or brush olive oil and seasonings mixture over the top and sides of the salmon. Cook salmon at 400 degrees F for 7-10 minutes, or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
Notes
The final cook time of your salmon may depend on how thick your salmon is. Thinner fillets will need shorter cook time than thicker cuts. I highly recommend using a meat thermometer and checking for doneness as needed.
