Air fryer parmesan potatoes are the perfect side dish. The potatoes get roasted in the air fryer, and the parmesan crisps up beautifully for a delicious dish.
Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut into 1 inch chunks and add to a bowl.
Add the olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until potatoes are coated.
Put air fryer parchment paper in the air fryer and then add the potatoes in a single layer.
Air fry at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes. Open the air fryer and sprinkle the shredded parmesan over the potatoes. Air fry for an additional 5-7 minutes, until potatoes are tender and parmesan has crisped.

Definitely wait to add the parmesan cheese until after potatoes are cooking. This way it will get nice and crispy without burning.
