Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F.
Dry cod with paper towels. Place cod on a plate or shallow bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the cod, then season with salt and pepper. Rub the oil into all sides to coat.
Sprinkle garlic powder over the top of the cod. Then add the pesto and smooth out to cover the top of the cod.
Place cod in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees F.
Plate and enjoy.
Notes
All air fryers cook differently. Cook time may depend on the thickness of cod.
