The Alaska Cocktail is a gin and yellow chartreuse cocktail that is easy to make and is a take on a classic martini. It's the perfect cocktail if you're looking for a herbal drink that's gorgeous and tasty!
Take the gin, Yellow Chartreuse and add to a tall glass.
Add a dash of orange bitters to the glass.
Add ice to the glass, then stir until cold.
Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
Top with the zest from a lemon peel and enjoy!
Notes
This cocktail does best with a nice London dry gin like Tanqueray or Bombay. It's also customary to use an Old Tom gin, which is more mellow than London Dry Gins, and can help balance the cocktail if you find it too herbal.
