Instructions
In a bowl, add the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and milk. Stir together to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator and drizzle honey on top. Add fresh berries and enjoy.
Notes
Tips for getting your yogurt chia pudding to desired level of thickness:Yogurt can be varying degrees of thickness. Adding the chia seeds will thicken the yogurt slightly. If you're using a thinner yogurt, you may not want to add milk.However, if you're using a really thick Greek yogurt, I recommend adding milk to help thin out the mixture a bit (unless you like your chia pudding really thick). Also, if you prefer a thinner chia pudding, you'll want to add more milk.Just know that your final chia pudding will be a little thicker than the yogurt you started with.
