- 6 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons harissa
- salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Wash and dry the tomatoes, then slice each tomato in half and place in a medium bowl.
Add the olive oil, harissa, and a sprinkling of salt, and toss to combine.
Add the tomatoes to a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve as desired.
