- 6 ounces shishito peppers
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- sea salt
- sesame seeds optional
Wash and dry shishito peppers. Place in a large bowl.
Add oil to the bowl and toss to combine.
Place shishito peppers in air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway.
Serve immediately. Plate, then season with sea salt and sesame seeds.
