Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Air fryer corn on the cob is quick and easy to make. The corn gets perfectly roasted in the air fryer, no boiling needed!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 ears of corn shucked and silk removed
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh flat leaf parsley

Instructions

  • Place corn on a plate and drizzle 1 teaspoon olive oil over each of the ears. Rub to coat the surface of the corn with oil
  • Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F. Once preheated, place corn in the air fryer basket and cook for 11-13 minutes, flipping halfway through. (If corn is not roasted enough for your preference, leave in an extra couple of minutes).
  • Remove corn from the air fryer and either brush with melted butter or place a pat of butter on the corn. Season with salt and then sprinkle fresh parsley over the top.

Notes

  • All air fryer cook differently. adjust cooking times as needed.
  • Cooking time may also depend on how roasted you want your corn and how big your ears of corn are.
  • Before air frying, try to remove any of the corn silk that is remaining on the corn.
  • This recipe is easy to double, triple, or quadruple.
