Virgin Strawberry Mojito Mocktail
Virgin strawberry mojito mocktails are a tasty way to enjoy summer strawberries in a nonalcoholic drink.

- 6 strawberries
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ice
- 2 cups sparkling water
- 6 leaves mint for garnish
Remove the stem from each strawberry and slice into four pieces.
Into two glasses, divide your strawberry pieces. Add the mint (5 leaves per glass). Squeeze ½ a lime into each glass, then add ½ teaspoon of honey. Muddle together until it strawberry is almost in puree form.
Add ice to each glass, then top with sparkling water. Stir the drink to combine ingredients.
Top with a sprig of mint, if desired.
Tips:
- This recipe will either make enough for two small glasses (lowball size) or one tall glass (highball size). All the photos in this recipe show two small glasses.
- You will need to muddle the strawberries, mint, etc. in this recipe. We highly suggest a cocktail muddler for this, as it does a fantastic job. If you don't have one, you can also use the end part of a wooden spoon or another utensil that might do a similar job.
- The recipe for this drink is for a lightly sweetened mojito to keep it on the healthier side. If you want a little more sweetness, you can double the amount of honey.
