Air fryer boneless chicken thighs are ready in less than 20 minutes! The chicken thighs cook perfectly in the air fryer, making for an easy and delicious meal.
Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F.
While air fryer preheats, dry chicken thighs with paper towels and place in a large bowl. Add olive oil and juice from ½ a lemon and combine until coated.
In a small bowl, add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Add seasoning mix to chicken thighs and stir together until chicken thighs are coated.
Add chicken thighs to air fryer basket. Cook at 380 degrees F for 12 minutes. Flip, then cook an additional 6-8 minutes.
Plate and enjoy.
Notes
Cooking times may vary based on the size of your chicken thighs. I highly recommend using a meat thermometer to make sure chicken thighs are safely cooked. Chicken thighs should be cooked to a temperature of at least 165 degrees F (I usually prefer the texture when I cook mine to at least 175 degrees F).
You can either use 4 or 6 chicken thighs to make this recipe and keep all the other measurements the same.
