Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Place in a large bowl.
Add the olive oil and all the seasonings to the bowl. Mix together with your hands until pork chops are coated.
Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes.
Brush or spray the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking. Place the pork chops in the air fryer in a single layer and cook at 380 F for 6-10 minutes, flipping after 4 minutes. (Pork chops are done when they reach an internal temp of 145 degrees F).
Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Cooking times of pork chops can vary widely based on the thickness of your pork chops and also the air fryer. So I highly recommend using a meat thermometer and opening up your air fryer and testing the temperature of your pork chops.Pork chops should be cooked to an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F to be safe. Try not to get much over that, or your pork chops will be dry inside. My boneless pork chops were ¾ inch thick and were cooked around the 7-8 minute mark.If your pork chops are thinner, you may need to cook only 6 minutes. However, if your pork chops are thicker, you may need to cook for longer.
