Air fryer buffalo chicken bites make the perfect tasty snack! It's a nice version of air fried boneless chicken wings that are easy to make and delicious to eat.
Dice chicken into 1 inch cubes and place in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix together until chicken is coated.
Add cornstarch and mix again until chicken is coated.
Spray air fryer basket then add chicken in a single layer. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 8 minutes.
Add buffalo sauce to a large bowl. Remove chicken from air fryer and toss in buffalo sauce.
Return chicken to air fryer and air fry for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Remove from air fryer and serve as desired.
Notes
All air fryers cook differently. Adjust cooking times as needed.
You can double this recipe, but the chicken will likely need to be cooked in two batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
This recipe uses bottled wing sauce, but you can also make your own buffalo sauce it you prefer using Frank's Red Hot, melted butter, vinegar, and garlic powder.
