Drain the can of corn and empty into a bowl. Add the olive oil, paprika, and salt, and stir to combine.
Add to your air fryer (you may need to use parchment paper if the holes in your air fryer would make the corn fall through) and air fry for 10-13 minutes at 400 degrees F, stirring a few times during the cooking.
Plate and top with fresh parsley, if desired.

This recipe is easy to customize with different seasonings and spices. For a bit of extra richness, add a little butter after air frying.
Depending on your air fryer, you may need to use air fryer parchment paper to keep corn from falling through the air fryer grates. You can also remove the tray inside your air fryer basket (if it is removable) and cook directly in the bottom of the basket. Watch carefully, as cook times may differ.
If you want a crispier roasted corn, pat dry (after draining) with paper towels before adding oil and seasonings.
