Air fryer canned corn this recipe

Roasting up a can of corn in the air fryer is a fun way to turn a simple ingredient into something special. It's so quick and easy and gives that perfect roasted flavor to corn.

This air fryer canned corn is easy to enjoy any time of year using only a few simple ingredients. It's also so easy to customize with different seasonings and spices. An easy and inexpensive side dish!

Ingredients

  • Can of corn
  • Olive oil
  • Paprika (regular or smoked)
  • Salt
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Aimee's tips

  • This recipe is easy to customize with different seasonings and spices. For a bit of extra richness, add a little butter after air frying.
  • Depending on your air fryer, you may need to use air fryer parchment paper to keep corn from falling through the air fryer grates. You can also remove the tray inside your air fryer basket (if it is removable) and cook directly in the bottom of the basket. Watch carefully, as cook times may differ.
  • If you want a crispier roasted corn, pat dry (after draining) with paper towels before adding oil and seasonings.
