2cupsbroccoli florets(the equivalent of 6 ounces or ½ a large head of broccoli)
¼cupteriyaki sauce
1Tablespoonsoy sauce
1Tablespoonolive oil
½teaspoongarlic powder
sesame seedsoptional
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F.
Cut the chicken into cubes 1.5 inches big. Cut the broccoli into florets if needed.
To a large bowl, add the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic powder. Stir together.
Add the diced chicken and broccoli florets to the bowl and stir to coat.
Add chicken and broccoli to the air fryer in a single layer. Cook at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Plate and enjoy! Top with sesame seeds if desired.

Serving size notes:If you just make the chicken and broccoli for yourself, I would say this is one serving size. If you serve with rice, you can feed two people with the amounts shown. If wanting to feed a family of 4, double the recipe amounts and serve with rice.Cooking notes:
All air fryers cook differently. Adjust cooking times as needed. It you cut your chicken into chunks larger than 1.5 inches, they may need a longer cook time.
This recipe results in the sauce really soaking into the broccoli, which makes is really flavorful, but it may not get as crispy. If you're looking for a super crispy broccoli, just marinade the chicken and add the broccoli to the air fryer without marinating it. You can also reserve some of the sauce (before adding the chicken) to pour over the dish at the end.
If you want to make it spicy, add some red pepper flakes or peppers.
