Air fryer chicken and broccoli is an easy meal that only takes 10 minutes to cook in the air fryer.

I love meals that get all cooked at once. This air fryer chicken and broccoli just gets cooked in the air fryer all at the same time. This means it's really easy to make.
The chicken and broccoli only uses a few ingredients, but it is incredibly flavorful. I make this for lunch all the time. Sometimes I will serve it with rice or quinoa, but a lot of times I just eat the chicken and broccoli without any other sides.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Recipe tips
- If you serve this with rice, it may feed two people. If you just eat the chicken and broccoli with no other sides, the serving size is for one person. (This recipe is also very easy to double).
- All air fryers cook differently. Adjust cooking times as needed. It you cut your chicken into chunks larger than 1.5 inches, they may need a longer cook time.
- This recipe results in the sauce really soaking into the broccoli, which makes is really flavorful, but it may not get as crispy. If you're looking for a super crispy broccoli, just marinade the chicken and add the broccoli to the air fryer without marinating it. You can also reserve some of the sauce (before adding the chicken) to pour over the dish at the end.
- If you want to make it spicy, add some red pepper flakes or peppers.
