Shuck the corn if needed and remove corn silk. Cut off the very top and bottom of the corn ear to form a flat surface on each.
Cut the corn rib in half (see below for alternate instructions), so that you have two similar sized corn halves. Then, stand the half of the corn on it's side and cut into quarters so that you have 4 corn ribs. Repeat with the other corn half.
Add corn ribs to a large bowl and add the oil and seasonings. Toss to coat.
Place corn ribs in air fryer basket and air fry at 400 degrees F for 10-12 minutes, tossing halfway through cooking.
Remove, and serve as desired.
Notes
When cutting your corn into ribs, you have two options. You can either cut the corn in half to make shorter ribs (making 8 smaller corn ribs), or you can keep it long, making 4 corn ribs.
Recipe tips
Cook times may vary based on your particular air fryer and how roasted you want your corn ribs. Adjust cook times as needed.
Try to get spices and seasonings evenly distributed on corn before cooking.
This recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, or quadrupled.
Make sure to place a dish towel under your corn when slicing into ribs to prevent the corn from slipping.
