Add 2 cups of cooked rice to the air fryer on top of the liner. Spread out as needed. Drizzle olive oil and soy sauce over the rice.
Air fry at 400 degrees F for 13-15 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer, plate, and squeeze the juice from half a lime over the top. Add red pepper flakes and avocado if desired.
Notes
Start checking at the 12 minute mark for doneness. However, my rice is usually perfect more around the 15 minute mark to be really crispy.You do not preheat your air fryer for this recipe. The paper liner is important for making sure rice does not fall through the cracks of the air fryer.
