Air Fryer Kielbasa is so easy to make! Slice it up and toss in a homemade sauce. This Polish sausage gets perfectly cooked in the air fryer every time.
Add the sausage pieces to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry at 380 degrees F for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
To a skillet, add the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Simmer over low heat, stirring frequently, until sauce is well combined and hot.
Add the kielbasa slices to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce.
Plate and enjoy!
Notes
Unless your air fryer specifically calls for it, you do not need to preheat your air fryer for to make the kielbasa.
There is no need to spray your air fryer before adding the kielbasa. The fat in the kielbasa keeps it from sticking to the air fryer basket.
For a bit of spice, you can always add a dash or two of Frank's Red Hot to the sauce.
