Add all ingredients except for the chicken to a large bowl and stir to combine.
Add the chicken to the bowl and flip to coat the chicken in the marinade. Let chicken marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes, then add the chicken to the air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes at 380 degrees F (190 C).
After 10 minutes, flip and cook an additional 4-10 minutes, until internal temperature of chicken reads 165 degrees F. (Cook time will depend on the size of your chicken).
Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice the chicken.
Notes
The cook time will depend on the size and thickness of the chicken breast. Smaller chicken breasts may be done in 14 minutes total, while larger may take 18-20 minutes. I highly recommend a meat thermometer to check when the internal temperature measures 165 degrees F.
This recipe is easy to double if you have more chicken breasts. I will frequently do 4 at a time, especially if the chicken breasts are small/medium size.
