Air fryer miso salmon is easy to make and can be ready in less than 15 minutes. The salmon is topped with a delicious and flavorful miso glaze and then cooked to perfection in the air fryer.
Dry the salmon with paper towels and place on a plate.
In a small bowl, combine miso, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and sriracha. Stir to combine.
Pour glaze over the top of the salmon fillet.
Spray or brush air fryer basket with oil. Place salmon in air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes at 380 degrees F.
Once salmon is done to your preference, plate and top with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
Notes
All air fryers cook differently. Adjust cooking time as needed for your air fryer.
Cooking time will also be affected by the thickness of your salmon. Thinner pieces may be done in 8-10 minutes, but thicker pieces may need an extra couple of minutes.
I usually leave the skin on my salmon and then remove after cooking. If preferred, you can remove the skin prior to adding the miso glaze.
While this recipe serves 1, it's easy to double or quadruple!
