Air fryer Old Bay cod is ready in only 15 minutes start to finish. This is an easy air fryer cod recipe that is full of flavor and only uses 5 ingredients.
Dry cod with paper towels. Drizzle cod with oil and rub into all surfaces. Season with black pepper.
Season the cod with Old Bay seasoning and dried parsley. Rub into the surface of the cod.
Place in the air fryer basket and cook at 380 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from air fryer. Serve with fresh parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
Notes
Cook times may depend on the thickness of your cod. Thinner cod filets will need less time, while thick cod filets may take up to 10 minutes. I recommend using a meat thermometer. Fish should be cooked to 145 degrees F.
This cod is heavily seasoned with Old Bay seasoning and it does get a little spicy. If you are sensitive to spice, only use ¼ teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning on the cod.
This recipe does not use extra salt due to the salt in the Old Bay seasoning.
This recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, or quadrupled if serving multiple people.
