Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Remove any bones and remove skin if desired.
Drizzle olive oil over salmon and rub into all sides. Season with pepper, then sprinkle Old Bay seasoning over the top of the salmon and rub into the surface.
Place salmon in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees F.
Plate, and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
Notes
All air fryers cook differently. Cook times may vary based on both your air fryer and the thickness of your salmon fillet.
To give the salmon a slightly sweet flavor, sprinkle with brown sugar before air frying (it's delicious!)
I don't typically use salt in this recipe, because Old Bay seasoning is salty on its own.
I highly recommend serving with the fresh lemon juice. It add the perfect brightness to the salmon.
