Air fryer peach cobbler is a delicious air fryer dessert recipe. Fresh peaches combine with a cobbler topping for a dessert that is delicious on its own or topped with a scoop of ice cream.
Peel and pit the peaches and dice into bite-sized cubes. Put into a bowl. Add the brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and almond extract. Stir to combine.
Divide the peach mixture between two small ramekins.
In another bowl, add the butter and melt. Add the flour, sugar, and baking powder and stir with a spoon until mixture is completely combined.
Spoon cobbler mixture over the top of the peaches.
Place ramekins in the air fryer and cook at 350 degrees F for 9-11 minutes, or until cobbler topping is golden brown.
Remove ramekins from the air fryer, let cool slightly, then enjoy!
Notes
You will likely need 2 large peaches or 3 small peaches to equal the 1 cup needed for the recipe.
You can peel the peaches or leave the peel on. It's up to you! the peel softens nicely in the air fryer, but some people still prefer to remove it.
Watch the peach cobbler closely. You want the top to be nicely browned, but never burned.
This recipe is easy to double if serving more.
Any leftover peach cobbler can be covered and stored at room temperature for 1-2 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer.
