Air fryer peach cobbler is a delicious air fryer dessert recipe. Fresh peaches combine with a cobbler topping for a dessert that is delicious on its own or topped with a scoop of ice cream.

Peach cobbler in a ramekin from above.

Peach season is the best season. I love fresh, juicy peaches. They just have so much flavor and natural sweetness.

So of course I love just enjoying one.

But... I also love some peach cobbler. Especially when served with a scoop of ice cream. Is is the perfect summer dessert? Maybe. But I also do not like using my oven a lot on summer days. So instead, I make my peach cobbler in the air fryer.

It turns out just as delicious and it's so quick and easy. I make these in ramekins so I can make air fryer peach cobbler for two, but you can double, triple, or quadruple the recipe if serving more!

If you want an even easier peach dessert, I love just making simple air fryer peaches.

Ingredients

  • Peaches - you'll probably use 2 large peaches or 3 small peaches
  • Cinnamon
  • Brown sugar
  • Almond extract - I love almond extract, but you can also substitute out vanilla.
  • Cornstarch - cornstarch works best, but if needed you can substitute flour
  • Flour
  • Butter
  • White sugar
  • Baking powder

How to customize

There are a few ways to customize this recipe.

  • Not a fan of almond extract? Swap it out for vanilla extract.
  • Reduce the amount of cinnamon and add a little nutmeg to give it more fall flavors.
  • Make a crisp topping with oats instead of the traditional cobbler topping.

What to serve with the air fried peach cobbler

The peach cobbler is delicious served with some whipped cream (like this cinnamon whipped cream) or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

If you want to top with any fresh herbs, basil and mint both pair nicely with peaches!

I love serving the air fryer peach cobbler after a nice summer meal that includes whipped lemon ricotta dip, air fried blackened salmon, and air fryer parmesan tomatoes.

Recipe notes

  • Watch the peach cobbler closely. You want the top to be nicely browned, but never burned.
  • You can peel the peaches or leave the peel on. It's up to you! the peel softens nicely in the air fryer, but some people still prefer to remove it.
  • This recipe is easy to double if serving more.
  • Any leftover peach cobbler can be covered and stored at room temperature for 1-2 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer.

How to make air fryer peach cobbler

Dice peaches into bite-sized pieces and add to a bowl. (Note: you can peel the peaches if you prefer them peeled).

Add brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and almond extract and then stir to combine.

Peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, in a bowl.

Spoon into two ramekins. (You can lightly spray with cooking spray ahead of time if preferred, but I haven't had a problem with anything sticking).

Cut peaches in ramekins.

In a bowl, melt butter. Add the flour, sugar, and baking powder and stir together with a spoon.

Flour, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.

Mixture should look like this after being stirred.

Cobbler topping.

Spoon the mixture over the tops of the peaches, trying to get it on there pretty evenly. Place ramekins in the air fryer.

Uncooked peach cobbler in air fryer basket.

Air fry at 350 degrees F for 9-11 minutes, or until peach cobbler top is nicely browned.

Carefully remove ramekins from the air fryer (they will be hot! I recommend using potholders), and set aside to cool.

Serve as desired and enjoy!

This cooks at 350 degrees F, which I think is around 175-176 degrees Celsius! So choose a temperature close to that, and you should be good!
