Pat salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil onto salmon and rub into all surfaces. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Place salmon in air fryer basket (skin down, if skin is on). Air fry at 380 degrees F for 7-9 minutes.
While salmon cooks, make the peach salsa. Combine diced peaches, diced red onion, sliced basil leaves, juice from half a lime, and olive oil into a bowl. Stir to combine.
After salmon is cooked, remove from air fryer and plate. Spoon the peach salsa over the top of the salmon.
Notes
All air fryer cook differently. Adjust cooking times as needed.
This recipe for the paprika salmon serves 1, but is easy to double, triple, or quadruple.
The skin can be left on the salmon or removed before cooking. If leaving the skin on, cook skin side down in the air fryer.
